• Monitor and maintain your agents to prevent misuse

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges.

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Credits and Usage

Some plans include usage credits for AI operations. Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing period. Additional usage beyond included credits will be charged at the current rates.

• Conduct that harms or could harm the Services or other users
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
